SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Pieces are being meticulously made and worked.
Please allow 4-8 days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. We are unable to change the shipping address or the shipping method once the order is placed.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and will be based on your shipping address and estimated weight of your package.

PRE-ORDERS

For pieces that are made to be PRE-ORDERED please allow from 4-6 weeks for the order to arrive. Please check your shipping address before placing a PRE-ORDERED order. We are unable to change the shipping address or the shipping method once the order is placed.

If you have ordered a piece that is made to be PRE-ORDERED, please keep in mind that it may take between 4-6 weeks for your order to arrive. We appreciate your patience in advance.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our pieces, we do not provide returns or exchanges. Please double check the sizing before placing an order.

Please note that once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled or changed.

We hope for in a near future to be able to provide returns or exchanges, thank you for understanding. 

DAMAGED/OPENED

If you receive your package, and it is damaged and/or opened, please take a photo of the damage before checking the content inside.
